Peace in Forgiveness When dealing with violence, we must establish a time for peace and choose to forgive each other. The act of forgiveness inclines or moves us to be God like, as appose to an apology, which means to defend one's position. If we are to act as Christ then we must forgive others as Christ has forgiven us.
Colossians 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Most Holy Lord, we openly thank you for the peace you have shown us. We praise You for the press for peace and the lack of quarrels. We simply declare and decree forgiveness of one another, so that as Christ forgave us we also have learned to forgive those around us. This we pray with an anointing in the name of Jesus. Amen.
