Fixing a Morally-Bad Decision series
Was the bad decision a right vs wrong question? If you are like me, than we felt to do right when we did wrong and that makes it a morally-bad decision and here's some suggestions in this series based on scripture on how to fix it, after the fact. This series was inspired by Chris Russell.
1) Confess It To God
Fixing a bad decision is only possible through divine intervention which is why we must confess our sin to God. Our mortality is founded on the premise that our true life is only by the grace of God. Choosing right or wrong is an understanding of what pleases God and not ourselves. Only God has the capability to forgive any and all of our sins. By confessing to Him we give up our rights to the bad decision and trust God to do what only He can do, which is to see our hearts and fix our minds. Confess your morally-bad decision to God today.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Most Heavenly Father, we thank you for the grace of confession. We praise you for the forgiveness of our morally bad decision. We decree and declare blessings upon the confessions that we make to God Almighty, so that by our testimony the saints will be saved. This we pray, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior; Amen.
