Fixing a Morally-Bad Decision series
Under Pressure, pt 2
There are several level of consideration that I deal with before making a decision and they are internal check points. When under pressure there are things that we can adjust if we take the time to weigh our options. When dealing with the unknown concerning a loved one it is easy to reflect on past situations, oppressing matters and habits that have been conflicting with our success in life. We typically blame Satan for any and everything that seems wrong but the reality is Satan can't read your mind. We think on things using our own imagination and when we speak on it, then Satan can get the message that there is trouble and seek ways to flip things sideways. When you are under pressure it's easy to make a morally-bad decision because we are out of balance. The strongest Christian can fall if they are unbalanced and unprepared. Once the strong man is compromised it's an easy for Satan who has heard your pleas and cries because a hurting person is like a stranded calf they're going to make some noise because they feel helpless. Time to recompose!
Philippians 3:14-16 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
The LORD, the Lord of All the Earth (Joshua 3:11), remind us of the strength that you have anointed us with and for this we give You thanks. For the high calling of God in Christ Jesus we come in an oneness and give praise. We decree and declare blessings upon those who press for the prize and who walk by the same rule, so that we mind the same thing in Jesus Christ. For the Kingdom we pray, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
