One Word, Than Another
The Lays potato chip commercial says you can't just eat one. Mentality when we build up a compunction to speak there is a usually a trigger the invokes a statement or message. Most people will find it very hard to control just one word in anger. It's like trying to control a spigot of water getting just one drop is almost impossible, it just gushes until turned off, but the gush is more than one word. If you don't want a gush than understand that before you start it may be very hard to stop. One word, another and that results in the begging of strife.
Proverbs 17:14
The beginning of strife is as when one letteth out water: therefore leave off contention, before it be meddled with.
Elohim Bashamayim, God in Heaven (Joshua 2:11); when words of anger flow like a river only You can bridle our tongue and for that we thank You. When compunction overshadows our minds, we thank You for mending our emotions. We declare and decree blessings upon those who resist contention, so that strife is contained and controled before it becomes a problem. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
