Fortified In Truth
Truth will fortify, build you up, if you protect yourself with it. Lies are the source of deceit and lead to destruction. The preparation for handling warfare is understanding the modus operandi of our enemy which is Satan and our biggest hindrance is ourselves! Paul’s letter to the Ephesians was to prepare themselves for war, not a civil war or an attack by a neighboring country but spiritual attacks that would confront them from within. The battle of the wills.
Ephesians 6:14
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
Proverbs 29:15
Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.
Jehovah Tsemach (The Branch of the Lord, Isaiah 4:2); we stand in the midst of our thoughts with the breastplate of righteousness and we say with a spirit of oneness, thank You. For the time of preparation where we were not slothful nor in a deep sleep we praise You for all You have given us. We declare and decree blessings upon those who have fortified themselves in Truth, having gird themselves for battle, so that when the thoughts of defeat encumber us we will see pass the transmundane issues of our personal desires and emotions and seek for the Kingdom. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
