Don't cloud your mind with memories of sadness, false stories, lies and untruths, miscarriages of justice, dirty things, ugly stuff, thing of irrupte, release these thing from your mind and seek the goodness of God for He will not fill you with wrath or admonition.

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Ephesians 6:4

And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

El Sali (God, my Rock, 2 Samuel 22:47); we come with grace to thank You for the things that are true and honest. We establish a spirit of praise for the things that are just and pure. We declare and decree blessings upon the hand of those who do the work of Your Will so that, whatsoever thing have virture and find praise will add increase into the Kingdom of God. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
