Truth and Consequences series
Prepare To Teach Truth
While the consequences of willful sinning leads to a most certain path of destruction, we feel focus on the strength of teaching Truth and not just by giving illustrations but by practical application with assessments, warrant priority. Part of the new educational model or paradigm is that practical education demands an assessment, what we used to call a “test.” When we assess a true potential we are able to evaluate the level of retention and practical application which in fact is not new, it’s more or less revised and scalable. The pedagogical model is being revised to a secondary position in our society and we find ourselves teaching basic principles of Truth to adults what they were supposed to learn as them as children. This less than astute act has brought a serious curve in our sociological scheme and we are dealing with the attitude of younger generations that seek Jesus after they become adults bringing hardships, repercussions and consequences upon our nation.
Being prepared to teach Truth requires an acute grounding in Truth and consequences. Press into the knowledge what will allow you to make assessments, evaluations and examinations.
2 Timothy 2:24-26
And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
Hebrews 10:26-31
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
Esh Oklah (A Consuming Fire, Deuteronomy 4:24); we thank you for the preparation of teaching Truth as a value of Life. We praise You for the understanding that we are to be gentle to all mankind for the expansion of the Kingdom of God and for Your Glory. We decree and declare Your blessings upon those who are able to teach, those who are patient in meekness to those who oppose them, so that You will give repentance for the acknowledgement of Truth that they may recover themselves from the snares of the Devil. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and for the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
