Feeling The Need To Pray
Prayer – The plight of Daniel who was a captive of the Persians and had favor with King Darius was that his peers hated him and searched for ways to discredit him. The only thing that they could find fault with was the vanity of the king, that was weaved very cleverly into a decree that simply said that it was against the law to petition any God other than Darius.
Daniel prayed three times a day and did not stop because a law was passed to interfere with his spiritual beliefs. He had a passion to petition God at least 3 times a day and despite a government shut down he felt the need to pray.
The hack: when you know you are doing the right thing don't let people stop you from serving God.
Daniel 6:10
Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
The Son of God, Jehovah Elohim Yeshua (Matthew 16:16); we thank You for giving us a mind to stay on the course of Your Will. We praise You for the excellent manner where we continue in spite of difficulty or government shutdowns our established practice. We decree and declare blessings upon those who stand with us who feel the need to petition You, so that the benefits of the Holy Spirit deliver us unto His ultimate Mercy and Grace, and establish understanding in our devotion to You. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and for the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
