Faith, The Lifestyle of Saints
Believe And Never Hunger The declaration Jesus is making to "the people" is that He is the Bread of Life, the substance of the eternal, the nutrient of Heaven come to earth.
The issue that crystallizes in this verse where "the people" who wanted to take Him for His acts, saw His disciples leave without Jesus (John 6:14-17), in John 6:22 "the people" hungry for more miracles search, and they found Him (6:25), however; in 6:26-34 the interactive conversation occurs, they want Him because they are hungry, not for the Word but food.
Jesus revealed Himself as the Bread of Life, the Bread of God but they believed Him not. Jesus came to do the Will of the Him who sent Him (6:38), and the nature of man is to fill the lust of the flesh. If we come to Jesus, we will never hunger or thirst for He is the bread and the wine (Luke 22:19-20, Matthew 26:26-28).
John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
Holy Spirit, Ruach Hakkodesh (Psalm 51:11); we thank You for giving us the understanding of the Bread of Life where we shall share in eternal life. We praise You for the revelation. We decree and declare blessings upon those who desire to eat at Your table, those who accept and believe in You, so that; the Bread of Life that is the Bread of God feeds us and delivers us from our weakness. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
