Faith, The Lifestyle of Saints
The Author and Finisher of Faith Paul has an affinity for athleticism; he often makes references to the Olympic games and the race we must run. Jesus started this race of redemption and showed us how to finish it with our Faith through duplicating His works.
In Romans 12:6 we learn that each of us has a measure of the gifts. We receive spiritual gifts according to what we need, and everyone doesn't get the same spiritual gift or even the same portion of a spiritual gift(s). Faith is a gift and Faith alone is not enough we have to increase Faith with the elements of 2 Peter 1:5-9: virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, Godliness, Philos kindness, and Philos love.
In short, Faith is just the beginning but a critical part of understanding what is needed for this journey. Look to Jesus for direction and understanding.
Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
The LORD Our Righteousness, Jehovah Tsidkenu (Jeremiah 23:6); we thank You for the gift of Faith whereby we establish our foundation for living. We praise You for the elements of increase whereby the fruits bring forth a harvest for the Kingdom of God. We decree and declare blessings upon those who desire to increase their Faith, so that; by the elements of increase we build a foundation that will expand the Kingdom of God. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
