Where do we find our strength? In the Lord, our God!
Call His Name? pt 2
Joel 2:32
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
The consideration of calling His name has taken a slight turn from the prior scripture we examined Proverbs 18:10, where we overlooked God's attributes but extended the parameters in Joel 2:32 by notating the personage of the callers. Without deliberation, we would think that anybody could call Him, but to be delivered, we have to be a part of His flock, the chosen people. A critical misunderstanding is the qualifying factor of the caller; everybody is not qualified to call Him. Qualify the action with your relationship; just because you call Him "Daddy" doesn't make Him your daddy.
Eli Maelekhi, God My King - Psalm 68:24; we thank you, Lord, for you, have qualified us to call Your Name for deliverance. We give You praise for deliverance in Zion and Jerusalem. We decree and declare the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who know that God hears His chosen, so that; we who call Him celebrate the relationship. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
