Hope from Paul to the Romans
Consistent in Prayer
Romans 12:12
Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
In this 12th chapter in the letter to the Romans, Paul sends a clear message in verse 12 about consistency in prayer. In this verse, there is clear and present evidence of direction referencing hope, tribulation, and the action of prayer. This call to action justifies hope in the form of spiritual relief in the time of tribulation; it personifies patience. With patience during the tribulation, the effect of the cause is defused and becomes manageable. Don’t change your action of prayer because the problem has increased; stand fast and believe the promise for eternal life despite the crisis.
Faithful God —Psalm 89:1-8. Out of His faithfulness, God honors His covenants and fulfills His promises. Our hope for the future rests upon God’s faithfulness, and with uplifted hands, we give Him thanks. For the establishment of our actions in the petition to the Almighty, we rejoice and show exemption with patience for His Mercy and Grace with praise. We decree and declare eternal blessings for those who walk in hope, are steady in patience, and constant in prayer, so that; those who follow Christ will adapt to His Will and His Way for the expected end. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
