My Instinct And His Vision

My Instinct And His Vision

Are you writing your vision from your rearview mirror? Most of us remember the narrative of Lot and his flight from Sodom. The ultimate look back was recorded in Genesis 19:17-27. Lot's wife turned into a pillar of salt, literally! The reaction of her disobedience had consequences of life and death.

A great script can have bad actors and still be an award-winning script. The script of life is the most important thing in our vision. Stop writing your victimhood and start writing His vision for you (Habakkuk 2:2). The victory is not in our plan nor our self-purported purpose, but in the plan that Jesus has for our lives and more abundantly (John 10:10). When we PUSH (pray until something happens) for ourselves we can overlook the real plan He has for our lives. So will it be His vision or ours?

Your passions ultimately tie into your purpose, look at your instinct to see your passion, to see your purpose and see the opportunities that have been presented to you. Are you able to see that the choices you have made have been prompted by your instinct (Philippians 4:8)?

Genesis 19:26

But his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.

God, my Rock, El Sali (2 Samuel 22:47), we thank You for writing the vision and making it plain. We praise You for the instinct to look forward and not to look back. We decree and declare Your blessings upon those who write Your vision for their lives, so that; by looking forward we PUSH for Your Will to happen in our lives. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
