Jesus Words On Worry

Jesus talked about worry and anxiety more than a few times, and he reminds us of how much God loves us and how He can give us rest.

No Thought For Life

Matthew 6:25-27 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

The sixth chapter of Matthew carries many essential messages; however, we concentrate on the passage of verses 25-27, where we are instructed by Jesus not to worry. He says, don't worry about this carnal life, what we shall eat, drink, what clothes we shall wear. The promise of His presence (Heaven) is greater than anything we can ever gain on this earth. Is this life we live on earth greater than the one promised? Are we not more important than birds?

Jehovah Hoshiah, O LORD Save - Psalm 20:9; we thank You Almighty God for the revelation of Jesus leading us to eternal life. We accept the leading of Your Spirit, showing us the value of life in life everlasting in Jesus, and for this, we give You praise. We decree and declare the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) who leads us to eternal life, so that; we can experience the gifts of the Father in a position of no thought for life without Jesus Christ. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
