The Choice of Belief

Faith, The Lifestyle of Saints

The Choice of Belief

Paul in his first letter to the Church in Corinth, Greece was to remind them of what he taught them when he was there. His teaching was essential to the lifestyle of those who choose to be a part of the body of Christ. We emphasize choice because that is the pivotal point that we all must make as adults. Most children are told what to do, Adults make responsible choices. Choice is very important God established it in Genesis 1:26 when He give "rule" over thing in the earth.

There are two fundamental levels of choice; the choices made for us and the choices we make for ourselves. Paul wanted the people of the Corinthian Church to memorize what he had preached to them, less they lost faith and believed in vain.

We face choices every day, every hour, every minute of the day and in some cases every second in our common decision making process but the greatest decisions that we make concern our choice of right and wrong. The Word of God is right anything else is wrong.

1 Corinthians 15:1-2

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

God Our Refuge, Elohim Machase Lanue (Psalm 62:8); we thank You for the letters of Paul to people who believed. We praise You for the awakening in our spirits to make choices based on Your Word. We decree and declare blessings upon those who understand the internal battle of the mind, so that; we who follow the Word will lift up the Name of Jesus by choice. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
