The Season of Healing (Time to Break Down and Build Up)
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
To everything [there is] a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck [what is] planted; A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up; A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away; A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak; A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace.
The visualization of seeing Kairos as God’s season to “break down, and in His time to build up what He created.” How we see things that break down means that we have a perspective of mutability; as clay is mutable to the Potter’s hands, so are the lives of humankind in the hands of God (Isaiah 29:16, 45:9, Jeremiah 18:2-6, Romans 9:20-24) Can we accept what God designs us to be?
Elohei Tehillati, God of my praise - Psalm 109:1; we thank You for being the God of our praise. We praise you for the establishment of seasons and what they mean to you. We declare and decree the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who submit to the Potter, so that; we who are the clay will be broken and rebuilt-in His Image for His Glory. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
