Worry Goes Away When We Focus On Him
When we keep our focus where it needs to be, on Jesus, worry about COVID-19 tends to melt away.
No one can pray and worry at the same time. - Max Lucado
The Seed of Sin is Worry, pt 5 (Perfective: Look unto Jesus)
Hebrews 12:1-2
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Endogenous to the race is the vision of the end goal. What more splendid inspiration could there be than to look unto our Lord and Savior as our end goal, the motivation we run this race, the author and finisher of our Faith. After all, we go through, there is the end of this course, and at the end is Jesus. Do you know what to expect at the end?
Jehovah Shammah, The LORD Is There - Ezekiel 48:35; we thank you for the vision of understanding our end. For the inspiration of this race, we praise the author of our Faith. We declare and decree the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) for those who see the finisher of our Faith, so that; as we run this spiritual race by Faith, we shall see the plan of our salvation despite COVID-19. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
